No survey. The prospective buyer can arrange one at their own cost or do their own.    Erewhon was owned from new by the previous owner and family.  I did my own survey on it before buying. 

Cosmetically the boat is very good in all respects. Clean and tidy.

Interior woodwork was redone in 2015.

Currently Erewhon is in a berth at Westport Marina, Tsehum Harbour, which is 4K north of Sidney very near the Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal (walking distance). 

This year's haul out wss scheduled for June  with a pressure wash, propeller clean, hull inspection and prop-shaft anode zinc replacements.  No issues found.  Antifouling was not necessary this year. .
